Meet Arleta
Hi, I’m Arleta! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), marriage counselor, and passionate believer that healthy, lasting marriages are possible.
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UNC Charlotte, and I specialize in helping marriage-minded couples navigate pre-engagement, premarital counseling, and the journey of building a strong marriage.
One thing I wholeheartedly believe is that you don’t have to grow up seeing a healthy marriage to build one of your own. With the right tools, intentionality, and a willingness to grow together, you can create something beautiful.
My approach is warm, honest, practical, and rooted in helping couples build the kind of love they can feel confident in.
